Former Saints CB Stanley Jean-Baptiste cut from Detroit Lions practice squad
this is a discussion within the NFL Community Forum; I really wish we had gone with a WR in the 2nd (Jarvis Landry would have been nice). If you look back, there were a ton of other "NFL ready" guys ... WR D. Moncrief, B. Breeland, B Stork, J ...

I really wish we had gone with a WR in the 2nd (Jarvis Landry would have been nice). If you look back, there were a ton of other "NFL ready" guys ... WR D. Moncrief, B. Breeland, B Stork, J Landry etc. It's still perplexing how a front office could whiff so badly when so many others knew SJB was a reach.
