What did the NFL know? The movie, Concussion.

Go see this movie. Good acting by Will Smith, Alec Baldwin, the entire cast. Good movie. Worth your time and money.

What did the NFL know? We the public will never know. See the movie and the ending.

Apparently its coming out that this movie is full of lies.

Sad, they probably didn't have to lie about it to make their point, or make a good movie.

Hey Danno, after your review of the new Star Wars and now this one ... I'm assuming you don't enjoy going out to the cinema much, ... meh, they rake you over the coals on concessions anyway, :).

Yet some of the stadiums are "sold out." "Yes, I'll pay $500 for my family to watch a horrible team" "$12.00 for a beer?, Well give me 3!!"

The whole concussion protocol thing the NFL has, is a JOKE. I just now watched Cam Newton make an incredible run, running with the ball, fighting forward and struggling for a first down against the Falcons -- on the replay, I watched carefully, and I counted no less than SIX blows to Cam's head, including one helmet-to-helmet hit in the pile from his own teammate. Did the refs make Cam, the league's biggest star, come out the game and undergo the protocol? You take a guess. The other night I saw Odell Beckham hit his head on the turf, as he was making a catch, did the refs say anything? You take a guess. It's a JOKE.

Sadly, it is Breitbart... basically claiming "no record of this" and "no record of that" and "hyperbolizing" (like the statement about the film trying to infer the NFL killed a baby).

Thanks SaintsBro for that . Very interesting observation on your part. Take out Cam and Beckham, HELL NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We know the story that concussions happen. YES, it is a rough sport. I think all fans, players and explayers, are wanting is that it is made more safe. There is and has been so much technology out there for decades ...better helments...shock type absorbers, etc. I do not know . I am not an engineer.
