Rosenhaus says Manziel faces “life and death situation”
 

Agent Drew Rosenhaus has given free-agent quarterback Johnny Manziel an ultimatum: Get help or get a new agent.

Appearing Wednesday night on SiriusXM NFL Radio, Rosenhaus explained that he drew the line in the sand in order to help and “young man who’s in trouble,” via Alex Marvez of FOX Sports. Echoing the comments from February made by Manziel’s father, Rosenhaus called it a “life and death situation.”

“If he doesn’t follow my advice and get help then I have to stand down,” Rosenhaus said. “I’m very concerned about him, very concerned.”

I'm gonna go ahead and say, just like Josh Gordon, he will never play another down in the NFL.

By the time he finally gets clean, it'll be too late to be taken seriously by teams

What's going on with these two dudes? Manziel and Gordon make no sense to me whatsoever. Yeah, smoking weed isn't a big deal. It should be legal nationwide. I get it, but come on Josh. You can't hold off long enough to pass the test and play? Then Johnny...I don't know where to start. I want to like him and root for him, but this dumb **** he does won't stop.

I don't care for Manziel the player but I hope the person can get his act together for his familys sake.

Addiction is tough to beat, it pretty much ended a promising career in the NFL. He's not alone though a lot of sad stories out there.

My guess is that he is only holding on to Manziel so that he doesn't look disloyal to everyone else. He'll never earn another dime off of Manziel
