There will be a lot to talk about in this thread. :cool:

I almost want them to win the NFC Championship and get their A$$ kicked in the Superbowl like Carolina. Let the hate go on into the Superbowl so we have something worth watching.

No. Just no. Cubs winning the last world series was bad enough. Can't have this happening too.

I hope they get into the superbowl and get blown out. The only reason for this is them having next to last draft picks and getting blown out takes the sails out.

Apparently I am the only one pulling for the Falcons :)

I am a remote fan living in the Midwest and don't have the disdain for the Falcons that most Saints fans do. Because of the time I became a Saints fan (early 90's) it is the golden-boy 49ers I cannot stand - all their cheating and winning and everyone kissing their ass and so on.

My brother was also a remote fan and became a Falcons fan during the Deion era. He passed away unexpectedly in 2008. Had I been the one who passed away in 2008, I know he would have been cheering hard for the Saints in XLIV. I will admit I also pulled for the Falcons in their 1999 Dirty Bird Super Bowl game - wanted it for my brother and also to see someone else from the former NFC West besides the freaking 49ers win the Super Bowl!

Because I don't care. If the question was asked 5-6 years ago...

Given the state of the game, I am at a point, I watch Saints games out of nostalgia (maybe even habit).

I am probably not going to watch the games today. I am expecting officiating to be loose in favor of the Falcons... hey those PSLs for the new stadium are not gonna sell themselves.
