Packers haves sucked same reason as the Saints...

Most of their cap was allocated to one great player and what little money that was left, they missed on FA and let players they should have kept, geaux...

If they get better, as the Saints will, it'll be because bad contract fell off and the salary cap raised enough to sign supporting cast members...

Not because Olivia Munn is a great, well, distraction...
