Makes my point - two coaches, same result with Winston at QB. And, yes, the owners are ultimately to blame...

Word is that Arians will bring Todd Bowles along to be his DC. Which is interesting because it’ll mean a switch to a 3-4. I suppose that’s no big deal though because they don’t really have the personnel to run the 4-3 they’ve been using!

Didn't want to see this though. Especially considering the Bucs are a divisional opponent that we face twice a year. Potentially two solid coaching upgrades in Tampa.

If Arians accepts the job, watch the improvement of Jameis Winston next season :argue:.
