In BigD, It’s all (100%) coaching & leadership failures, both on the field and off it. And it’s almost entirely absent with this team. It 100% goes back to the coaches. I’m not a fan of Jerry Jones, at all, but he has three SB rings since he became the owner. Past coaches have been successful with JJ as an owner. Dallas has had good success with more than a decade of Jason Garrett, just not championship level of success.

...and the players have already checked out. That defense is historically bad, and it’s all, 100% on the coordinator and position coaches. Dallas has more defensive talent this year than last, and injuries notwithstanding, this defense is horribly worse than last year. Listen, I get the logic behind not liking DA, and looking at replacing him, I just don’t get the logic behind replacing Dennis Allen with an inarguably much worse DC (Nolan’s current defensive statistics just don’t lie) in Mike Nolan. So yeah, bring Nolan back after he gets fired..., and he will be fired, very possibly with McCarthy also..., but bring him back as a position coach, LB coach. That’s the only thing he’s good at.

When Jerry hangs up his Coaching whistle maybe the Cows will have a chance. Doesn't look like that's happening anytime soon.
