yea i got madden 07 for xbox 360... pretty sweet... like the franchise as always... the new superstar mode is a lil odd... dont like the camera for it... especially the RB camera graphics are sweet as always and i think it is smoother then NCAA 07 havent gotten to play online yet...

I don't know why EA took out game ending celebrations though. You know what it is to play all those games....win the Super Bowl with the Saints..(he he) and the only thing you get is.....Exit Game?

You played an entire season already? I refuse to until they get the first roster download. Darnell Bing ad Demorio Minter were on the FA wire for pete's sake. Anyone else thinks FA sucks in that the computer just signs up all the players who are good and are FAs, even though those players are still available in real life? Hopefully the roster download takes care of some of that. Reggie is a damn freak. I hate that damn 40 yard dash minigame though. Fastest time I got was 4.86 or something with Bethel. Unreal.

yea i cant figure out the 40 either... my best time was 4.58... not that terrible but it was with bethel as well... and he can fly

LOl.....sorry whodi. I have not played an entire season yet...thats crazy huh? Nah on IGN.com...in the review section.....the stated that this was the case. I was kinda disappointed when I read that. My sentiments exactly on the 40-yard dash mini-game. The worst part is is that in superstar....while you are trying to get your player into the NFL....since he is usually slower than guys like Bethel....could you imagine running a 6.1 in the 40 for an NFl combine?!?!?!? Bush is unreal......I ran a kick off and scampered some insane runs with him.

I plan on getting this year's version sometime soon, but it will have to be for the PC. I don't have a console right now because I sold my Xbox to a friend a few months ago.

Whenever launch is. There have been talks it will be delayed. Also, I have always found it to be a bad idea though to get the initial release of any system. There's ALWAYS bugs with the first releases. It's exciting to get it early, but a lot of times not worth the headache. I am gonna wait a couple of months for the PS3 to be out before I get one, just to see how the initial launch goes. I have a 360 already to hold me over til then. And there were a lot of horror stories about them after the initial launch I waited about a month, mainly cause I had to, and I have not had one problem with mine whatsoever.

I honestly don't believe any of that delay talk. And I'm not worried about launch problems because I think Sony learned a big lesson from the PS2 launch.

Okay man, to each his own. But the delay issues are very real, and no one can predict bugs in a mass marketed electronic device using new technologies. But good luck. If you have no issues maybe I will go get mine earlier.

IMHO....I don't know if I am gonna even waste money on the PS3. Really...I heard the reports from E3 and it seems that the machine is nothing more than a PS2 on steroids along with those motion sensored controllers. You can get a 360 and a Nintendo for the same amount that you could get a PS3 alone. Either way.....to each his own. Madden came out good. You are definitely gonna love Reggie.

In my first game against Cleveland, before I decided I would wait for the roster download to play a season and started playing Dead Rising, Kamerion Wimberly of Cleveland rushed past Jamaal Brown and crushed Reggie in the backfield for a fumble, then scooped it up and ran about 70 yards for a Td. Now he may just have been upset the score at that point was 38-0, and that Reggie had rushed on them by that point in the 3rd quarter to the tune of 150 some odd yards and a couple of TDs, but Reggie still fumbled the ball. That's the only knock I could find on him. :lol:

LOL....I did the same thing yestarday. I was alternating Reggie and Deuce. I started the Cleveland game with a kickoff return for a td by.....you guessed it...Mr. Bush. I hate to say this but....I kinda wish we had the lineup that is actually in the game. These guys are pretty good.
