I wish the entire state of Louisiana would pass a law stating that a person can't wear "Saggy Pants"..

It's tasteless IMO

There is a big difference between baggy and hanging off of your @ss showing the entire would your underwear.

Thank God a town in America has finally had enough of people with low or no morals.

You may or may not know, but 'saggy pants' started in prisons as a way of communicating that you desire gay sex

I am a teacher, and last semester a student wrote a persuasive essay on why saggy pants should be allowed. I made him go on the internet and research the origin. Needless to say, he was shocked.
