As a cop, this scene isn't too hard to figure out.

I crash my sportscar coming home from a bender at 2:30 am.
I call a friend to pick me up...FAST!
I leave the car before police can show up and charge me with a DUI.
I get charged with leaving the scene of an accident (or better yet, pay a cousin to say he was driving) and pay a little fine rather than face NFL suspension and lose more money than the car's lease is worth.
I call the insurance company and have them cover my loss.

No brainer here.

Sounds like you've been through this before. But what if it were Mike Vicks cousin? He might get out of it all together. LOL. Sorry, I just couldn't help the Vick part. Cousins get the blame for everything. Rightfully so in some cases. My cousin made me get drunk one time. He didn't share in the hangover though.

Unless it was totaled, i'd be afraid to leave it on the side of the road without someone with it. I don't carry $350,000.00 in my pocket to often anymore.:confused:
