There will be a vigil this evening for Rafael Delgadillo, the local man who was shot early Sunday morning in Mid-City. Delgadillo, who was active in the groups Puentes New Orleans and Evacuteer, was driving on Toulouse Street between N. St. Patrick and N. Olympia around 2 a.m. when two men approached his car at a stop sign.? [ Read more ]
