The Junior League of New Orleans is selling Buy, Save, and Serve shopping cards. The card entitles its bearer to 20 percent discounts at more than 170 businesses from Nov. 4 through Nov. 13, and proceeds benefit Junior League community projects, including Big Brothers/Big Sisters Strength of Relationship, Freret Neighborhood Outreach and Samuel J.
