Free screening tonight of Rebel, a work-in-progress documentary
 

The New Orleans Film Society will present a screening of the work-in-progress documentary Rebel tonight, Friday, Feb. 10, at 7:00 p.m. at Second Line Stages, 800 Richard Street. The film is based on the memoir of Loreta Velasquez, a female Cuban soldier of the American Civil War, and was partly shot in New Orleans.? [ Read more ]
