It seems like ever since the post-Katrina Waffle House boom, with more than five Waffle Houses opening in the greater New Orleans area since the storm, nationally-loved restaurants have been popping up all over. In 2011 alone we added a Jamba Juice, Jimmy John's (yet another reason to love Drew Brees), a DQ Grill & Chill (a Dairy Queen with all menu options including Orange Julius!), two Huddle Houses and two freestanding Panda Expresses.?
