Colclough charged with manslaughter
 

According to a press release from District Attorney Leon Cannizzaro, NOPD Officer Joshua Colclough, who fatally shot unarmed Wendell Allen in a Gentilly home in March, was indicted by a grand jury today with one count of manslaughter.
