mm, mm, mm ... luv me some benedict, :) ... the CBH Benedict at the Ruby Slipper sounds particularly good (with the horseradish sauce & the corned beef hash) and all the seafood benedicts as well ... I wish I lived in New Orleans, <sigh>.
