NOCCA's fourth annual Dish that Makes a Difference coming soon to restaurants
 NOCCA's Dish that Makes a Difference, student Arieanna McKnight's drum with sweet roasted okra, mango salsa and grilled shrimp, will be served at New Orleans area restaurants from March 21 through March 30.
