Listen: Brass Bed debuts a new track, "Be Anything"

New Orleans/Lafayette power-pop outfit Brass Bed teased the release of its 2015 studio album with "Be Anything," the A-side of a new single due out Nov. 18 on Lafayette imprint MA'AM Records.

The band ? featured in this 2013 Gambit cover story about Lafayette's rock 'n' roll scene ? premiered the track via Entertainment Weekly.*The single is produced by Ty Segall and Thee Oh Sees producer Chris Woodhouse. The release follows 2013's breakthrough The Secret Will Keep You, which channels '70s power-pop and psychedelic Nuggets rock 'n' roll*with a sweet-not-saccharine (and a little sarcastic) streak of mature themes and lyrics.?
