As part of its anti-violence campaign with The Body Electric fund, Hurray for the Riff Raff released an animated video for the fund's namesake song, a stunning take on the murder ballad taking aim at violence against women. The video for the Small Town Heroes (ATO Records) song illustrates the case of Marissa Alexander, a Florida woman prosecuted for aggravative assault after firing a "warning shot" when her husband threatened to kill her.?
