Carol Rice started teaching the Crescent City Homebrewers? (CCH) Beer Appreciation Class in 2007 because she had so many questions about beer that she wanted answered. She took the class in 1999, and the Beer Judge Certification Program-certified beer enthusiast says, ?I found out early on that the best way to learn about something is to teach it.?
