Wish I hadn't read that. He claims there was a government conspiracy involving Katrina to move white people into the projects. I've heard these types of accusations before and my only thought(as a guy who grew up a mile from the ST Bernard Projects)-7th Ward Hardheads representin'. ya heard. oh yea......how could anyone look at that housing system and think anything other than,"it has to be torn down and re-built differently"
