St. Patrick's Day is March 17, and for many bars across America that brings green beer, "Kiss Me I'm Irish" T-shirts and*paraphernalia*and*patrons with four-leaf clovers painted on their faces. Locally, Dublin-born chef Matt Murphy has presented weeklong celebrations at his upscale pub*The Irish House*(1432 St. Charles Ave., 504-595-6755).*
