The bar at Mid-City?s Brown Butter Southern Kitchen & Bar is now open, the restaurant?s owners announced this week.

The latest addition to the expanding culinary corridor on North Carrollton Avenue, Brown Butter (231 N. Carrollton Ave., 504-609-3871) has been serving ?Bible Belt? cuisine? to a lunchtime crowd since opening in January, but had put booze and dinner service on hold until now.? [ Read more ]
