Salon by Sucre debuts brunch menu July 16

Salon by Sucre*(622 Conti St., 504-267-7098), the chicFrench Quarter newcomer from Sucre owners Tariq Hanna and Joel Dondis, will begin serving brunch July 16.

Daily brunch items, such as steak and eggs poutine, will be offered during regular daytime hours from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., when a light lunch and tea service also is offered. The brunch menu includes frittatas with prosciutto and Parmesan and Gravlax with caper cream cheese.?
