New Orleans punk and hardcore festival Creepy Fest returns July 16-19

It's the festival's biggest year yet ? it started in 2009 with 12 bands over three nights as a promo event for a film soundtrack for local film company Terror Optics. "It kind of snowballed from there," says festival organizer Bill Heintz.?
