An impressive roster of local culinary talent will be featured at the James Beard Foundation?s local food tour, ?Taste America: Local Flavor from Coast to Coast? this fall.

The nationwide tour, now in its third year, visits 10 American cities over a six-week span between Sept. 18 and Nov. 7 and includes a four-course dinner cooked by a local chef paired with a "Taste America All-Star" chef.*

The New Orleans segment starts Oct. 9 at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans.?
