Northshore chef and restaurateur Pat Gallagher will open his second namesake restaurant in Mandeville July 23.*

Following a soft-opening on Thursday evening, Pat Gallagher?s 527 Restaurant and Bar (527 Causeway Blvd.), it will serve dinner Tuesday through Saturday. Lunch service will be added in the coming weeks, Gallagher says.?
