When the Dough Bowl closed its doors in June, fans of the late-night pie joint at the Boot Bar & Grill (1039 Broadway St., 504-866-9008)*were upset. Today, Jeff Baron, who opened the shop in 2002 before selling it in 2013, opens a new pizza and burger restaurant at the Uptown location, called<b> Boot Pizza and Grill.?
