Harrison Ave., 504-872-0731) announced the rollout of its ?Resilience Collection? ? a trio of satirically named gelato concoctions referencing the storm, the failure of federal flood protection and the political aftermath.

The gimmick, a reference Mayor Mitch Landrieu?s ?Resilience Strategy,? hints that the owners may have reached their limits with K10 activities.*
