You know summer is winding down in New Orleans when free outdoor movies make their triumphant return. The New Orleans Film Society's spring and fall Moonlight Movies series returns on Saturday night, Sept. 12, with a screening of Wolfgang Petersen's 1984 adventure fantasy The NeverEnding Story at the Whole Foods Market Rooftop Parking Lot, 300 N. Broad St., at sundown (around 7:45).?
