Bywater farm-to-table restaurant*Maurepas Foods (3200 Burgundy St., 504-267-0072)*will close Oct. 5.*

The restaurant?s executive chef and owner Michael Doyle confirmed Wednesday that the Burgundy Street eatery will be closing permanently after almost four years of service.

?We were just at a plateau,? Doyle said when reached by phone.?
