The Emeril Lagasse Foundation's Nov. 13 fundraiser Boudin, Bourbon and Beer features sausages and pork dishes from an array of local and visiting chefs, bourbon cocktails from Buffalo Trace and Abita beers. It announced Alabama soul outfit St. Paul and the Broken Bones will headline the event at Champions Square.?
