There?s still some waiting to do before Scott Maki?s restaurant,*Trinity (1117 Decatur St.),*opens later this year, but on Nov. 11, guests can get a sneak peak of what?s in store for the French Quarter eatery.

Trinity?s ?Rodee? Supper will pop up inside the Central Business District?s G&O Food Company (935 Gravier St.) and will feature a five-course dinner with wine pairings and cocktails.?
