 The Mediterranean restaurant Hummus & More (3363 Severn Ave., Metairie, 504-833-9228) is now open.* Byblos expats Lisa Labit and Huda Aldisi*opened the restaurant in early October on Severn Avenue near 15th Street. Aldisi, who was the chef at Byblos on Metairie Road for 18 years, and Labit, the restaurant?s general manager for the past 10, had been planning on opening their own spot for a while, Labit says.? |
