Uptown bakery La Boulangerie (4600 Magazine St., 504-269-3777) reopened for business Wednesday (Dec. 16) after being bought by chef Donald Link?s restaurant group last month.*

Since opening in 2000, the bakery has been*revered for buttery croissants and French baguette sandwiches. After a brief hiatus, it re-opened with minimal renovations and slight changes to the menu.?
