As I was taking the photos for today's installment of As the Endymion Turns, a man in a sweatshirt and shorts demanded to know if I was "with Ronnie 'n' dem."

Lots of activity on the Orleans Avenue neutral ground overnight, including a new phenomenon: If someone got to the space you wanted first, apparently it's OK to spray-paint your name over that person's spray-painted name. Looks like lotsa beefin' on the neutral ground this Carnival season.
