Last Waltz tribute concert announced for April 30 at Saenger Theatre
 

http://media2.fdncms.com/gambit/imag...image_copy.jpg The Band played a historic final concert in San Francisco in 1976 called The Last Waltz featuring an array of guests, including Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Muddy Waters and Dr. John ? and the show featured horn arrangements by Allen Toussaint. The concert was filmed by Martin Scorsese and released as a documentary.

A tribute to that show featuring an all-star lineup is scheduled for April 30 at the Saenger Theatre.*Performers include Warren Haynes, Don Was, John Medeski, Jamey Johnson, George Porter Jr., Dave Malone, Terence Higgins, and others.?
