Trinity (1117 Decatur St.; 504-325-5789) a new restaurant in the French Quarter, will open May 11. The restaurant, from local real estate developer Hugh Uhalt and chef Michael Isolani, is taking over the former Maximo?s space, following a months-long, million-dollar renovation.?
