Registration has begun for the 10th Annual New Orleans 48 Hour Film Project, in which local filmmaking teams compete to make the best short film in a 48-hour period. The triumphant team will compete at Filmapalooza 2017 in Savannah, Georgia for a chance to screen at the Cannes Film Festival.?
