Sarah Silverman to headline Hell Yes Fest with Saenger Theatre show Oct. 16

This year's Hell Yes Fest comedy festival will include Sarah Silverman,*Nick Swardson, Hasan Minhaj (The Daily Show With Trevor Noah), Clayton English and the stars of MTV's Girl Code, organizers announced tonight at the Joy Theater.

Silverman will perform standup at the Saenger Theatre Oct. 16 as the capper on the festival, which runs Oct. 7-16. Hundreds of acts from the worlds of standup comedy, sketch comedy and improv will be featured*at various venues around the city, including the Saenger and Joy Theaters, NOLA Brewing Co., The New Movement, the Hi-Ho Lounge and the Art Garage.?
