 CottonPort Brewing opened in Sterlington in northeast Louisiana in April, but owner and brewmaster Troy DuGuay Sr. died on May 20.*CottonPort closed, but a representative from the brewery says its managers hopes to reopen by September. Ouachita Brewing Company has been brewing beer in Monroe since Dec. 23, 2015. Owner and brewer Heath Lord homebrewed beer in the area for many years.? |
