As always, this year?s Satchmo Summeriest gave visitors and residents reason to celebrate. In addition to honoring the father of Jazz Louis Armstrong with three days of free live music shows in the French Quarter, we got a taste of that second line flavor we?ve been feening for since June when parade season closes for the summer.?
