N7*(1117 Montegut St.), the charming 9th Ward French wine bar and bistro, has been named one of the*10 best new restaurants in the U.S. by*Bon Appétit magazine.

The culinary magazine?s annual list was released Tuesday, Aug. 16 and called the *indoor-outdoor spot ?the most romantic French restaurant in the world.? The list included winners from all over the country ? from Asheville to Pittsburg, New York, and Los Angeles.
