Brieux Carre is the 30th brewery in Louisiana
 Just steps off Frenchmen Street, Brieux Carre (2115 Decatur St., 504-304-4242) received its Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control (ATC) permit to brew and serve beer, making it the city?s eighth brewery and the state?s 30th. The brewery plans to celebrate its grand opening April 1. ?April Fool?s Day is only appropriate for us,? says founder Robert Bostick. ? |
