Chef Cristina Quackenbush will be running the kitchen at a new Bywater restaurant by early summer, but don?t expect Milkfish 2.0.

The new restaurant will take over the old Maurepas Foods space at 3200 Burgundy St. It will have ?a hint of Filipino? food on the menu, but the emphasis will be on local first, says Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts? Marviani Ammari.?
