Less than a month after Harahan burger joint Phil's Grill closed, a new burger and shake spot is set to open in its place.*Desi Vega's Prime Burger and Shakes will open at 1640 Hickory Ave. in April.

The restaurant is the latest eatery from the crew behind Mr. John's Steakhouse and Desi Vega's Steakhouse (628 St. Charles Ave.).?
