Jason Klutts has been tapped to helm the kitchen at French Quarter bistro Kingfish (337 Chartres St., 504-598-5005), according to a release from the restaurant group Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts.

The shift comes a few weeks after Nathan Richard ? who took over the Kingfish kitchen after Greg Sonnier departed in 2015 ? left to become the executive chef at Cavan last month.?
