Lindsey Graham and Louisiana's own Sen. Bill Cassidy ? was dead before it came to a vote, The Onion raked Cassidy over the coals in a fake op-ed piece titled "Being A Senator Means Making Tough Decisions That Aren?t Always Popular, Smart, Politically Viable, Or Beneficial To Your Constituents":
