Oak Street Po-Boy Festival remains free, but $5 wristbands required

It?s still free to attend the Oak Street Po-Boy Festival, but patrons at the Carrollton area block party will now have to buy a $5 wristband in order to purchase any of the food items for sale.

The organizers of the festival ? now in it?s 11th year ? made the announcement in a news release Tuesday.?
