Out now: a Halloween soundtrack from Pink Fink, plus more local releases
 New Orleans-based record label*Disko Obscura specializes in synthesizer-driven electronic music, *from the icy, minimal synth duo ((PRESSURES)) to pleather-coated pop from The Buttons.
The self-titled debut from horror funk duo Pink Fink summons a*John Carpenter disco and*forgotten slasher flick atmosphere. The album is out now*(on*translucent pink vinyl, of course).
Discko Obscura's other resident goblins Creeper perform at Circle Bar at 10 p.m.?
